How to Get a Registered Pharmacist License in India

After completing D.Pharmacy, you need to register with your State Pharmacy Council to become a Registered Pharmacist (RP). This registration is mandatory for operating a pharmacy.

Why is Registration Important?

Without Registered Pharmacist status:

  • You cannot apply for a Drug License
  • You cannot legally dispense medicines
  • Your pharmacy store license will not be issued
